Deloitte Digital launches several new CloudMix updates

Deloitte Digital, the design and development agency of the global consulting giant has revealed several new updates to its CloudMix solution.

It has announced integrations with NetSuite and Salesforce Service Cloud to improve its cloud platform for managing functions like customer service, marketing, and finance, as well as for reducing costs. The software already integrates with Oracle and CloudCraze.

Furthermore it has added integrations with Apttus and MuleSoft for pricing and connecting other platforms, and announced new extended knowledge crawler and dual-monitor service console features. The firm adds that integration with tweet-to-cash and professional risk management services along with connecting to older legacy ERP platforms has been simplified.

Deloitte Digital said it can deploy its CloudMix services quickly while also complying fully with industry standards and regulations and claims it will reduce IT spending.

“We are seeing a demand from clients for wall-to-wall cloud solutions that can enable their digital transformation with pre-enabled, pre-integrated customer and partner interaction tools,” said Alex Sasieta, managing director, customer transformation and CRM at Deloitte.

“These new enhancements meet our clients' needs through a tweet-to-cash offering that includes cloud-based, e-commerce capabilities.”

Earlier this year, Deloitte Digital also released its Connected Bank solution for the retail and finance sectors.
